🌺 The Story of Mohini and the Nectar -Lord Vishnu Avtar 🌺
Long ago, during the great churning of the ocean (Samudra Manthan), a special nectar called Amrit appeared. This nectar could make anyone immortal.
The demons (asuras) quickly grabbed the Amrit and ran away, wanting its power for themselves. Fearing evil would rise if the demons became immortal, the devas (gods) turned to Lord Vishnu for help.
Lord Vishnu, in His infinite wisdom, took the form of a divine, mesmerizing woman named Mohini.
As Mohini appeared, her beauty stunned both devas and asuras. She asked with a gentle smile,
“How do I look to you all?”
The gods remained humble, knowing it was Vishnu in disguise. The demons, unaware, were captivated by her charm and agreed to do whatever she said.
Mohini cleverly distributed the nectar only to the gods, restoring balance to the world.

This story shows us that just like the demons, we can get trapped in outer beauty and worldly attractions. But when our heart turns towards God, we begin to understand the true purpose of life—to seek the eternal, not the temporary.
