  • 4–5 soaked almonds

  • 4–5 pieces of safed mirch (white pepper)


✨ How to Prepare

  1. Soak the almonds overnight.

  2. In the morning, peel the almonds.

  3. Crush the soaked almonds and safed mirch together to make a fine paste or mix.


✨ How to Use

  • Eat this mixture on an empty stomach in the morning.

  • Continue this remedy daily for 1 month.

  • After 1 month, take a 1-week break.

  • Start again for another 1 month, followed by another 1-week break.

  • Repeat as needed.
