Benefits of Putting Oil in the Nabhi | Natural Remedy for Dryness
The nabhi (navel) is connected to multiple nerves in the stomach area. Many dryness-related problems begin from internal dehydration of these nerves.
For example, when we get dry lips, we usually apply balm externally — but dryness actually starts from within. Applying oil to the navel nourishes these internal nerves and helps reduce dryness naturally from the inside out.
Recommended Oils
- Cold-pressed sunflower oil (best for winters)- (For dryness in Skin)
- Sesame oil (For Joint Pain relief)
