🙏 Dandavat Pranam – Complete surrender at the feet of the Guru and Almighty God. Guru Maharaj Ji teaches that practicing it 5 times a day for 40 days brings extraordinary results ✨ Even Oxford research confirms it strengthens bones and cures osteoporosis

Benefits of Dandavat Pranam 5 Times a Day

When we practice Dandavat Pranam daily, many diseases within us begin to heal naturally. According to research at Oxford University, around 50,000 documented studies indicate that those who perform Dandavat Pranam regularly show significant improvement and even recovery from osteoporosis (bone weakness).

In Buddhism, followers chant “Om Mani Padme Hum” while performing Dandavat Pranam — repeatedly standing and then bowing flat in complete surrender. This tradition has been practiced widely since the time of Mahatma Buddha, and modern science has now started to explore the reasons behind such profound practices.

It’s important to note that bowing and Dandavat Pranam are very different. Nowadays, people often just touch the feet with their hands without truly bowing — but if one does not understand the meaning and depth of bowing, it is better not to imitate it. There is a hidden spiritual power in performing a full Dandavat Pranam before the True Guru.

As Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj (Pancham Patshah) beautifully said:

Aesi Kirpa Mohe Karo, Santa Charan Humaro Matha, Nain Dars Tan Turrd Pardo
(Bless me, O Lord, that my forehead may touch the feet of Saints; my eyes be blessed with their vision, and my body with the dust of their feet.)

When one truly wishes to achieve something meaningful in life, one must walk on this sacred path of surrender and love.

Guru Maharaj Ji revealed the divine benefits of Dandavat Pranam — when a devotee surrenders completely, internally and externally, by bowing flat before the True Spiritual Guru or Almighty God. He also shared a truth unknown to science — that performing Dandavat Pranam five times a day continuously for at least 40 days brings miraculous healing and balance to body and mind.

Today, science is beginning to recognize the wisdom hidden in this ancient act of devotion — a practice that harmonizes the spiritual and physical, the seen and the unseen.
