  • Green elaichi (cardamom)

How to Prepare

  1. Boil water in a pot.

  2. Add elaichi, tulsi leaves, and laung to the boiling water.

  3. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes so the herbs release their natural vapour.


How to Use

  • Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam.

  • Take slow, deep breaths for 5–7 minutes.

  • Use this remedy before bedtime or at any time of the day.

  • After steaming, rest for at least 1 hour for best results.
