Pure Love Sahjo Bai for Her Guru

Sahjo Bai's Pure Devotion: Where Guru Meets God

A great pure hearted disciple of Guru; "Sahjo Bai", the bhakat who got submerged in the bhakti of Guru with her pure unconditional love; that there come a stage  when there was no difference left between Guru and the Supreme God.

One day Sahjo bai requested her Guru  to bring his divine presence to her home, so that she gets the opportunity to perform sewa of her Master and serves the best bhakti service at her Guru’s feet. After seeing her true and pure devotion, her Guru promised to visit her home to bless her.

The day arrived and Sahjo bai was excitingly waiting for her Guru, and continuously checking from her window, seeking for her Master’s .

Astonishingly, she saw her Guru heading towards her place, also the same time she saw one more bright face lighten person approaching from the opposite direction towards her place.

"One was her Guru/Master and the other was the divine Almighty God".

Her eyes start shattering with tears after seeing her life long waiting for welcoming her Guru to her home. Sahjo Bai's Guru introduce her to Almighty God saying he is the supreme power came along with me to visit you.

When Guru ji sat inside Sahjo bai ‘s house ,she was soo much excited to see her Guru that she overcome the greeting of Almighty God instead she insisted the Almighty God to hold pankhi/Fan and wave to her Guru, so that she can bring the food she prepared for her Guru in the meanwhile.

Almighty God was then seeing the pure love of a devotee for her Guru, did follow the instructions, and start waving the fan to Guru , where a unforgettable story was captured with a devotee at her Guru’s feet and Almigty sitting beside the Guru waving fan as per the devotees extreme faithin her Guru.

This sakhi shows the pure devotion of Sahjo Bai to her Guru that she didn't even realize that she has commanded Almighty God to hold the fan and serve to her Master. Guru is the first and the last step to attain in one’s life to reach to almighty God.

Pure and unconditional love towards Guru is equally accepted in the court of Lord as pure and unconditional love direct to God. We haven't Seen God, but we have seen the God messenger which has connected our souls direct to the supreme Lord, so for Devotees Guru love is more than the love direct done with God, as there is a stage of bhakti when one do not see the difference between both.
